The AI output is an assistant tool, not professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You must review important records and numbers before relying on them.
The Kodelion and Beres websites, brand, design, and software belong to us and our licensors. You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kodelion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (or 100 USD if you used a free plan).
We may update, pause, or end the service at any time. We may also update these terms; if the change is important, we will show a notice on this page or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
